Most Contract Agent vacancies are advertised through EU Careers (EPSO) and the recruiting institution's own portal. Selection typically involves CV screening, a written test, and a competency-based interview. Successful candidates move onto a reserve list and can be recruited by any participating EU institution while the list remains valid.
