Key responsibilities

Project Management responsibilities:

• Lead budget planning, execution, and monitoring activities related to the managed services, ensuring
cost efficiency, proper financial oversight, and effective lifecycle management of associated assets and
resources.
• Ensure a high level of service quality through the monitoring and reporting of service performance, the
promotion of continuous improvement initiatives, and the timely management of service -related risks
and issues.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance while supporting procurement activities, ensuring
compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, evaluation processes, contract
management requirements, and quality standards.

1. Proven professional experience with the duties mentioned under Section “About the Job” .
2. Experience with leading and coordinating the implementation of major i nfrastructure -related projects .
3. Proven knowledge of at least one recognised project management or Agile methodology (e.g. Agile,
Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, or PM²), supported by practical experience or a relevant certification.

Salary at this grade
Basic monthly salary at AD5 runs from €6,153 (step 1) to €6,961 (top step), giving an annual range of roughly €73,836 to €83,532 before tax and allowances. Steps increase automatically every two years; the figures here are taken from the salary grid in the EU Staff Regulations.
Eligible staff posted away from their country of nationality also receive an expatriation allowance worth 16% of basic salary (around €984 per month at step 1 of AD5) together with household, dependent-child, and education allowances where applicable.
