What You'll Do

Need to Have

- Experience managing enterprise applications or workplace technology platforms throughout their lifecycle. - Good understanding of SaaS applications and cloud-based solutions. - Experience with systems integration, APIs, data flows, and platform connectivity. - Understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance requirements. - Knowledge of workplace technologies such as smart building systems, IoT solutions, workplace experience platforms, or AV/meeting room technologies. - Experience working within a structured enterprise IT environment. - Familiarity with IT service management practices and tools such as ServiceNow. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

- ITIL, ServiceNow, Agile, Scrum, Azure, AWS, or Microsoft certifications. - Experience with ServiceNow administration, workflows, or integrations. - Exposure to automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or CI/CD practices. - Experience with workplace transformation, smart office technologies, or employee experience platforms. - Knowledge of identity management, application governance, or enterprise security controls. - Experience managing technology vendors and commercial contracts. - Familiarity with Power Platform or workflow automation tools.
