Eligibility criteria
Only officials of the institutions and bodies of the European Union currently in function group AST and in grades from AST 1 to AST 9 on the closing date for applications may apply.
To be eligible to take part in this selection procedure, the applicant must, on 26/09/2026, the closing date for online applications, and on the day of the filling of the post meet the following requirements:
- Be an official staff member under Articles 4 and 29(1)(a)(i) of the Staff Regulations who is employed within his/her current agency in a grade and function group corresponding to the published function group and grade bracket (AST1-AST9); - Have successfully completed the probationary period provided for in Article 34 of the Staff Regulations in the relevant function group.
